My first time seeing Alexander 23 was better than I could imagine.
From the stage design to the setlist, everything was absolutely perfect and his fans could not have been nicer. I loved every second of the set, my favorite songs were Cry Over Boys, Mars, and Dirty AF1’s (they seemed to be crowd favorites too!)

My complete obsession with Olivia O’Brien continued last night at Scoot Inn.
The way Olivia commands a room is completely magnetic, she demands attention while remaining completely inviting and genuine. The definition of a pop star, Olivia made the small stage at Scoot Inn feel larger than life.
From the beginning with a funny introduction to “The Olivia O’Brien Show”, Olivia maintained a fun, and welcoming environment. Even during the slower songs, the crowd was screaming and singing along, then jumping and dancing their hearts out for the more upbeat tracks. Some of my favorites of the night were “Keep it Movin”, “Tequilawine” and a Kesha cover “Your Love is My Drug”.
You can always expect to have a blast at an Olivia O’Brien show, I can’t wait until the next time she makes her way to Austin.

My second time seeing Jeremy Zucker was the most fun night that I’ve had in a while.
Opening artist Del Water Gap was one that I was beyond excited to see. I have had his new record on repeat since it came out, and seeing it live was way beyond my expectations. Holden has a way of commanding a stage while still being inviting that is so rare. He drew the entire crowd in and had everyone dancing by the end of his set.
Jeremy Zucker is so much fun live, even if you don’t know every song by heart, you’ll leave singing and immediately add everything to your playlist (at least that’s what I did). One of my favorite things about this show was his interactions with the crowd. He took photos with fans, even taking one of their phones to take a group picture in the middle of the set. A fan gave him a small gift and he was so excited, you could tell he was very genuine in his total love for his fans.
Some of my favorite songs of the night were “Therapist”, “All the Kids are Depressed”, and “Talk is Overrated”, I haven’t danced so much in a show in such a long time. If Jeremy Zucker comes through your city, it’s definitely something you don’t want to miss, I know I won’t miss it the next time he’s in Austin.

I had the absolute pleasure to see Needtobreathe and Switchfoot recently and had the time of my life.
When I was 17, my very first photo pass was Switchfoot, so they’ve always held a very special place in my heart. Seeing them again at age 26 was surreal and very rewarding. Lead singer Jon always puts on a show, his energy on stage is completely unmatched.
For my first time seeing Needtobreathe, I was unsure going in what to expect. From the first song I was hooked. I found myself singing along to every song and dancing around in the aisles with strangers. The atmosphere that Needtobreathe cultivates is so welcoming and fun, I loved every second.
One of my favorite aspects of the show was the stories that they told in between songs. It’s always so special to hear the meanings and experiences behind the music, it makes you truly appreciate it more.
Overall, I had an absolute blast at this show and would recommend it to anyone. I know I can’t wait for the next time Needtobreathe makes their way to Austin.

For my second time seeing X Ambassadors’ full show, I was just as excited and captivated as I was the first time around. An X Ambassadors show is unlike any other, the attention to every detail and the way they present themselves on stage truly sets them apart.
Lead singer Sam Nelson Harris is one of the most charismatic people I’ve ever encountered. Every time he performs it’s like he’s performing for a stadium full of people, he turns it up to 100 no matter what. One of my favorite things about this band is their ability to make you feel like you’re truly special and important to them when they perform, they really care about their fans and it’s evident in everything they do.
My absolute favorite part of this show were the visuals, each song played a part in the overall story and had a stunning backdrop. Even though I didn't know every song, I had an absolute blast and became a massive fan by the end.
I ended up getting to meet the band for the second time after the show and can say with absolute certainty that they are some of the kindest artists I have ever met. They took their time to meet everyone and gave each individual their moment with complete undivided attention.
One thing I am sure of is that I will be there every time X Ambassadors comes through Austin.
